Shipping & Returns


For a fixed fee of $40 we will arrange for your order to arrive via inter-island boat or air, at our discretion, to a location we will identify to you upon confirmation of your shipment. We will strive to facilitate your special instructions, but will generally rely upon the customer to complete the last leg of the shipping process - pickup at a designated site on the island of destination.

We are not in a position to provide home delivery except by special request.

Orders can be held at the Shoppe for pickup by any party you designate.

International Shipments are by special request only. Please contact the Shoppe regarding any requests for delivery of goods outside the Islands of The Bahamas.


We hope you love your purchases, but we understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit. Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return/exchange:
        ●  Any On Sale discounted merchandise 

        ●  Jewelry 

        ●  Apothecary 

        ●  Lingerie 

        ●  Fragrances 

        ●  Towels/Bath products 

        ●  Sheets 

        ●  Socks 

        ●  Baby

For all other items, to process a return you will need to login to your account, or create an account if you do not already have one. Click the "My Account/Register" link at the top of the home page to log in or create your account. (If creating a new account, be sure to use the same email you used when checking out the original order.)

When you have logged in, click on "My orders" on the left-hand column, and then click "View" next to the order you wish to return. When the order page is displayed, scroll to the bottom and click on "Return items". Select the quantity of each item to be returned, fill out all the required fields, and click "Send".

You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for shipping back your items for return. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will either ship exchanged item(s) or refund your credit card according to the action you select.
Please do not ship any items before initiating a return request as described above.
Items purchased from Dake’s Shoppe may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt of items, provided they are in their original, sellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse the return as we deem necessary.

All discounted items are final sale -- they may not be returned or exchanged.

International orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. If your package gets lost in transit in either direction, we will try to assist you in tracking it, but once proof of delivery is generated or if the package is not recovered, you are fully responsible.
